Drying oven to a blast cleaning line

Finnblast deliveres a drying oven to a finnish customers blast cleaning line. The oven is designed for steel plates, which are 2,5 m wide. The oven is heated by gas. When driving cold, frozen, icy and  snowy steel plates into a blast cleaning machine, the ice and water will cause troubles in the blasting machine.   Also if you take a cold, for example a plate in – 20 C temperature, in a warm hall, it will start condensate moisture on its surface.  The plates are transferred on the roller conveyor and are driven through the oven before the blasting machine. In the oven the plate will be dried and warmed up. After the oven the warm and dry plate can be blast cleaned without any troubles.
