A blast cleaning machine for of large rolls to Sweden

At the end of 2016 Finnblast delivered devices for blast cleaning of large rolls to a swedish customer.  The delivery included automated blast cleaning machine, a wagon to move and rotate heavy rolls and the controls for both devices. 

The biggest rolls in this prodution cell can be 12 m in length and the max weight can be 50 tons. The transport wagon is driven by servo motors.  The range of the driving speed is wide, lowest speed is only few millimeters per minute and the max speed is several meters per minute.   The roll can be rotated with accurate speed at the same time when the wagon is driven forward/backwards.    Furthermore the wagon has a construction so, that it can be driven inside an autoclave.
