{"id":1443,"date":"2015-07-28T17:56:47","date_gmt":"2015-07-28T14:56:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.finnblast.fi\/?p=1443"},"modified":"2017-02-09T13:35:29","modified_gmt":"2017-02-09T11:35:29","slug":"automatische-durchlaufstrahlanlage-an-tillmann-profil-gmbh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.finnblast.fi\/de\/automatische-durchlaufstrahlanlage-an-tillmann-profil-gmbh\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatische Durchlaufstrahlanlage f\u00fcr Tillmann Profil  GmbH"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ce_text block\">\n<p>Die Tillmann Gruppe ist ein Verbund von vier Unternehmen<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tillmann-gruppe.de\"> (www.tillmann-gruppe.de<\/a>).\u00a0 Die Gruppe produziert unterschiedliche\u00a0 Profilen, Teile und Komponenten\u00a0 u.a f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie.\u00a0\u00a0 Die Herstellung sowohl einfacher, als auch kompliziertester Profile &#8211; auch laserbearbeitet und lasergeschwei\u00dft &#8211; und die Zusammenstellung ganzer Baugruppen und Komponenten zeigen die Bandbreite des Produktionsprogramms.\u00a0 Die Gruppe beitet unterschiedliche Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlungen wie galvanisches Verzinken, kathodische Tauchlackierung (KTL), Pulverbeschichtung, Lackierungen aller g\u00e4ngigen RAL Farben und Gleitlacklackierunge.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Profilenherstellung stehen spezielle Verfahren zur Verf\u00fcgung wie Walzprofilieren oder Kaltwalzen,\u00a0 Biegen und Streckbiegen.\u00a0 Die L\u00f6cher (Perforierung)\u00a0\u00a0 werden durch\u00a0 Laserschneiden oder Stanzen hergestellt.\u00a0 Durch Laserschweissen k\u00f6nnen Teile auf die Profilen geschweisst werden.\u00a0 Die Produktion ist durch Roboter automatisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Finnlast Oy hat im Fr\u00fchling 2015 an Tillmann Profil GmbH eine Durchlaufstrahlanlage f\u00fcr Profile geliefert.\u00a0 Die Anlage arbeitet 24 Stunden pro Tag in einer vollautomatischen Produktionslinie von Profilen.
