Finnblast delivers to Nokian Capacitors Oy a complete pressure driven blast cleaning machine for cleaning of high voltage capacitors. The delivery includes the blast cleaning machine with filter, a manipulator to move the blasting nozzles and conveyors to move the objects in and out of the blast cleaning machine.

AUTOMATED BLAST CLEANING

Finnblast delivers automated equipment to blast clean large steel tanks. The customer is U-Cont Oy, which is the leading manufacturer of tanks for gas stations. With the equipment the tanks can be blast cleaned automated both outside and inside. The blast cleaning of outer surface is made by a traverse moving in the blast cleaning hall. The blast cleaning of inner surface of the tanks is made by a controlled manipulator.

Finnblast delivers to Kvaerner Power Oy a complete and fully automated blast cleaning line for steel tubes. The maximum length of the tubes is 24 m. The delivery includes feeding tables, feeding conveyors, a Rösler wheel blast machine and outlet conveyors.
