Finnblast’s roller conveyor machines allow for placing the filter on top of the roller conveyor machine, which reduces the overall footprint of the machine.
External conveyors are equipped with side transfer when necessary.
Shot removal
The machines have an effective rotary brush and air spray that work together to remove the shot and dust from the pieces. The brush and spray nozzles have electric height adjustment. A limit switch that prevents the mechanism from being damaged due to collision is a standard safety feature.
Fully automatic height adjustment for the shot removal equipment is available as an optional accessory.
